Thank you Stefan but unluckyly those board have many PTH components so that they can not re-enter the reflow oven. But by the way , are you sure that if we switch off the cooling zone we can find the solder still liquid? Hany

there are a few companies using this method to recycle valuable components and make good money with it. The memory boards in computers i.e. could be build with used components.

Does anybody know of any document(s) that define the different package types such as SOP, SOIC, VSOP, TSOP,TSSOP, QSOP, LQFP, VQFP, etc...? I am re-doing our component library and would like to use industry names for each component type. Thanks Rus

One thing to take note of with the TSOP's is that is a T1 variety and a T2 variety. One has the leads on the sides, the other has leads on the ends. I believe the T1 has the leads on the ends, but I would have to look it up to be sure.

Unfortunatly there is no land pattern in the component datasheet beside i am not fan of the land pattern recommendation from datasheet.
