Is there anyone still using Quad machines? I know Tyco Electronics purchased them a while back. Does Tyco still build and sell the platform? If so, hows support for the original Quad machines?

Tyco is the american distibutor for mirae....thats why support directly from mirae is non-existent. If you have a machine you must go through Tyco unless you know someone on the side who knows the equipment.

FYI: ZCR, British oven maker, was purchased by Quad many moons ago. When Tyco bought Quad, ZCR was not part of the deal. In fact I think production had stopped in the U.K. facility by then. Tyco has no legal obligation to suppoort these ovens.
