Not sure which vintage you need but http://www.goppm.com is as good a place to start as any for Quad stuff.

My company is looking at purchasing its first router. We've always used press type depaneling systems before. Can anyone make any recommendations regarding the Cencorp 1200 SR and the Tyco Smart Router? Thanks in advance, John S.

FYI: The SR 1200 is going obsolete. The new 1000 SR is replacing it, so you should look at the new machine to compare w/ Tyco. I've seen it at the shows and looks nice. http://www.cencorp.com/cencorp/depaneling/en_GB/1122973593353/

Depends on what system you're looking at. I visited with them in Washington to design a selective system for me and they are very knowledgable people.

In recent years we always seem to have problems with machines going down due to thunderstorms. I am trying to find a way to surge protect our Tyco equipment, anyone out there have any suggestions. It would be greatly appreciated.

Just checked Tyco's online distributor system, & there's none over this side of the pond either, and the leadtime is being quoted as 101 days.

What kind of Tyco machine?? If its a Q-series you need to have a feeder that has photo sensors across the top to index the next part. There are things you can do to make the machine pick up parts at a better percentage.
