We had an order using a 2up PCB (same manufacturer) with same components and same board layout without any problems. Perfect run. The next order ran on the same day with same paste using same parts, same layout, same profile, but different 2up PCB h

You are looking for a complete SMT assembly line plus possible X-Ray inspection and rework equipment. The 3 components of the SMT line are stencil printer, pick-n-place machine and reflow oven. How small are your components? 0603? 0402? What is the

I posted the message below on Friday and today Monday I started looking at the problem again. We have a computer with a setup that works. It is the original PC we bought with the F4G but it is set up for a machine we do now have ,IP3. I was looking a

My email mail machine couldn't send this to you ... Hi Stivais ... I didn't read the report. It seems to require downloading of a 'reader' of some sort. No thanks. If you would, just attach the report to this email. Regardless, energy-dispersive X-r

I can't find much info on the older Essemtec machines. First, I'd want to see the "spec sheet", then I'd want to find out what the programming environment is like. (I was really impressed with the Samsung machines in that regard.) I have not seen

I have a SMT-460 machine that works pretty good for the most part. When placing parts I have an issue with the SOT-23 rotation 90deg. Using both Juki 503 / 504 nozzle it will pick and place all of the 0805 and 1206 resistors/caps just fine. I have 9

First off, Fuji machines aren't that simple i.e. changing the CPU could actually make matters worse. There are jumpers, DIP Switches and related data to consider before doing something like swapping cards. Swapping is a shotgun approach but sometimes
