We are currently using a Fuji CP43 and a Fuji IPII, we have the opportunity to upgrade to a Quad qsv-1. I was hoping to get some input and basic knowledge of the qsv-1. Thank you!

I had similar problem before. I cleaned the PCs (both machine and station) and replaced the cooling paste on the CPU cooler. After time the Control was able to shut off - before the issue solved, we used the safety knob to cut the Control.

Not entirely clear on your question. We don't coat any of our hardware (assemblies are coated prior to hardware installation), so if coating needs to be reworked after this, then hardware removal is needed.

We had the same issue recently, we swapped to a 2 part shield to allow AOI and SPC xray. We also tested using silver epoxy and putting a one piece can down after inspection. That worked too.

The right way in your case is to use shield with cover. Place, reflow, remove shield pick up rails/tabs, AOI, close cover.

Hello, Mr. Evtimov is correct. Always use data from stencil. All new SPI machines are pretty easy to operate with. You load stencil data, add you CAD data and then adjust your tolerances accordingly.

Hello, what do you mean by using? Machine or what kind of file? Btw if you have simple panels(boards) you can easily make your own cad data.

Hi, I think you can do a search using google. Also, I know that you can find local and global EMS such as Flex that can provide you a service like you want. Best Regards, Alexei www.proventustech.com
