You should also remove all the pump parts and clean them, checking the bearings and seals. Clean completely the parts that allow the solder to flow back into the pot; ours have a spiral that fills with dross. Treat yourself to new nozzles. Tinning

Hi Deni, The changers were not mounted in the UPS software; I suspect the previous owners did not use the changers in the machine at all and just kept the same nozzles in the head at all times. It was owned by TI so I think they just did one process

Also note , KY is SPI company and there 3D technology is just SPI tweaked to do 3D AOI, same can be said of Mirtec but bit better than KY. Generally they are slow in capture and this is why in EU and say high volume sites 3D has not penetrated much.

If you can use the standalone mode then choose the program on "option" and somewhere you can load program - "aktuell". The "aktuell" program is the last program what was downloaded on this machine. In SiTest you can test and calibrate the machine. Y
