We use a homeplate design with 80% coverage on the tab, and 100% coverage on the leads 6mil stencil. All of our stencils are laser cut electropolished. We have had good success with this.

Hi, I'm facing smear after printing on DEK288 using reverse squeegee at the edge of panels. I've checked the fixture, printing parameter, stencil, solder paste. What else can I do?

IF YOU READ FIDUCIAL MARKS THAT ARE PARALLEL TO EACH OTHER THE PLACEMENT WILL NOT BE AS GOOD. ONE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS METHOD IS IT COMPLETELY THROWS OUT THE CONCEPT OF BOARD STRETCH IN ONE AXIS. THE OTHERS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON WHAT MACHINES YO

Our CEM running No clean process on our PCBAs Should we verify that he is using the Deionized water rinsing or is it a default in the process ?

We had a simular problem We used EMC GLobal Technologies. Basically had carriers mad for small cards. It worked well and we could reflow and wahs the pallets too.

I have used Loctite, RTV3145, or Tak-Pak to secure the wire. As John said, the wire is usually secured to the board near the lifted lead, and usually at 1/4 inch intervals along the way. Brian W.

Gentlemen, Can anyone recommend a stencil cleaner manufacturer? Are there any advantages to using ultrasonic vs. high pressure? I am also looking to clean misprinted boards with the machine. Thanks, J. B.

Also on the CP-6 if you hit (F5) (F5) while the start button is blinking it will keep the turret from doing a nozzle origin search. Which is useful when.....Larry?
