Is there any body out there who has managed to load 0402 with a later model Fuji CP3? How about sharing your experience with us?

Thank you LMQ for your advice. We have been able to sucessfully and accurately place 0402 with a CP3, based on your input. You are, sir, indeed, truly a professional!!! Regards:

nc-smq92 had a problem with sticking to squeegee blades. 92j was suppose to fix that problem....

Why are you using 92J instead of 92H. Is it becuase you are doing bed-of-nails testing? If not, try 92H.

It's a bunch of test pins that the board sits on to get tested. HP is a popular supplier of this kind of machine.

Yes we are using a 7 zone and a ramp to spike. How do you handle your solder paste and what printing methods do you use?
