I'm with Grant on the .005" foil thickness. The key is to keep your aspect ratio (aperture width/foil thickness) over 1.5, laser cut, and I like trapezoidal aps. too.

Also the zipper pattern will work too. Samir, why are you calling me a man? Last I checked, the only thing hotter than these double Ds were my behind. Thats how we roll in Cali.

Madam, that's rather forward! By zipper pattern do you mean offsetting the apertures on every other ultra fine pitch qfp pad? Thanks, Rob. (we don't roll in England, we amble)

Way to go! Now my favorite "deep space nine" website has turned into a "URL" fanclub. You should know better than to post that HERE!

Please give mesome guidelines for our pick and place machine (Juki)because we always encounter mis-alignment and missing components.

Not sure how Juki centernests operate but baybe the board thickness is prgrammed wrong and the top board surface is too low or too high (bowed upward). This will cause bad placements. This is an easy mistake to make on HSP.

I am looking for Metal Squeegee blades, 15 7/8" long, angled, for a deHart stencil printer model EL-20. Can you recomend me a good and unexpensive supplier? Thanks Greg

Hello Greg I believe a you can get them from JNJ, not sure of the phone number. Try a web site and I know that they have a 1-800 number, so 800 information would find them. Harry

That's correct Dave, have been for over 11years. We are still using them on all lines. For the cost of a 460mm s/s shim at 0.010" thickness you get six blades. Darby.

We are encountering insufficient solder paste. Our stencil thickness is 0.13 mm and our printing pressure is 0.08 MPa our solder paste is Tamura TLF-204-19A. Please advice how to solve this problem.
