I would blame the line computer software. You may have a job in there which wasn't properly closed. Although I haven't experienced problems like yours, I've heard about other weird placements due to line computer's "overload".

Hi there IN our facility we made a prototype for a handling basket utilizing the empty trays of the our used chips like TSOP's. We have embeded them into a metal frame. Now I ask if this can work as an ESD safe handling baskets. thankyou Hany

I have been evaluating CIM software and have been looking closely at Unicam and Circuit Cam. Has anybody used one or both of these? What are the Pros and Cons of each?

Jim I have used both software packages. I am currently using Circuit Cam exclusively. I find Circuit Cam interface easier to navigate and it is win32 compliant.
