We have used scribed ceramic from CoorsTek for many years with no problem. You will have to control your scribe depth so not to break it during processing. If you have any more question you can e-mail me.

Thanks for the input we found an extra sensor that plugs into the glue machine and now we can run the gluer without having the onseter on now.

Dear Hussman We use automatic machines on mounting PHILIPS and though quality and velocity of their mounting are very good, the girls occupied with quality control can not on 100 % to check quality of the soldering FLIP CHIP and BGA!!! Pavel
