We use two Streckfuss wave solder machines. They are pretty small depending on your needs. Maybe not the best, but being local and since we use a lot of their forming equipment, it works out well

The irony is a lot of Chinese don't want to buy the UIC machines made in China. They demand to have the machines that are made in Binghamton. This is what was told to me by UIC brass and was not foreseen. Not that it necessarily has anything to do

T tech vs LPKF

I had an LPKF and nothing was as good as advertised so I contacted T-Tech and never been happier. I have the 100K motor and it works great, even the software was simple.

yes, sounds more like you are having a peel force problem. suggest you look at buying a tester to make sure you are being supplied quality reels, as said above.
