All, I have a customer requirement for a PCB that has rounded corners with a radius of 0.031". Present brd house says this cannot be met. Any comments?

We think maybe 50 thou would be a more approachable corner radius. Why does your customer want to have radiused corners?

All, Thnx for the replies! The brd thickness is 0.062", hence no confusion there. Have no idea why customer's engineer specd in the 31 thou radius. Asked them but have no definitive answer as yet.

Not quite correct Jon. Ovens will use roughly 1/2 their rated power consumption at temp. but will draw their rated max. power at startup.

Hi I would suggest Datum Dynamics using the Durostone Lead Free version pallets are very good. They dont thermally degrade as quick as others out there so dont deposit as much residue in the wave Cheers Greg BLT Circuit Services Ltd

You could always open the .bmp in Paint, and then do a "Save as..." and choose .jpg as the file type. Everyone has Paint. Unless of course you're using a Mac, but then you'd probably be a graphic designer anyways...
