How about this ... If your customer plans to provide the BOM on media that could be affected by magnetic fields, might the customer want to be assured that you have an established process to the protect that media from magnetic fields?

That would be an air flow control valve used to adjust the speed of the squeegee. You can get them from Festo or I am sure that McMaster Carr carries them.

Ran them with stiffners and I worried about moving parts also but had the stiffners cut so that they could only go on so far which made it ok because The distance from the stiffners and parts was 1/16 of an inch no problem with movement.
