Please help me with this issue. After reflow oven I am getting blow hole (even tin drop) from a pin hole in wave connections. This blow hole part has been produced by a inductive supplier.

I moved the fixed rail in by about 2 inches and it seems to have done the trick. Rail movement is easy, moving machine to keep all conveyors in line not so easy

Thats nice sfeinsp. I have also used several of ECD's products including the Super Mole Gold and the V-mole and they are fine products. My question was is anybody using the ECD OvenChecker system and what are your thoughts on the product.

If you do protos and feed cut tape in to your machine you will know where this question is coming from...... Is there an easy/faster to "count out" the passive parts when feeding them in to the feeder? It takes a long time and is very tedious to do

Does anyone have a list of what a Juki Operator should do as far as Maintenance? Any info would be helpful. I am just trying to compare what others are doing as far as what the operators are supposed to do. Thanks
