You have to keep the oil containers for the chains loaded with oil. The procedure is automatic and you will run it based on your usage. Other than that our 10zone Pyramax is running for 5years without any failure.

We had this issue with our old MV 150. This was usually due to clogged/dirty or bent nozzles, or clogged dirty filters on the vacuum supply to the head.

We use component BFU730LX and we have one problem. After reflow transistor base or collector lands are not soldered. Maybe someone have similar problems with this component? We tryed to change stencil pads (smaller , bigger) but problem is the same.

I have a customer that is requesting their flex circuit be conformally coated. Is this something that is done? Which coating would stand up to the stresses of flexing? Wouldn't that put stress on the components? Thanks! Shannon
