With regards to PCB surface finish I would recommend Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) because of the long shelf life, tarnish resistance, RoHS-compliance, and easy soldering compared to other surface finishes. http://www.surfacemountprocess.

When it becomes critical. ie impedance influences the design. Pulling a figure out of the air lets say 100 Mhz. If this is a first time board with TTL or 74HC series IC's you are not in that camp. regards sarason

Hello, I haven't worked with such machine, but do you have a led lighting, like in cp45, which is newer? Maybe there is something wrong with it and it is not lighting up?

I would recommend either gridlock or machine's own support system. If you need I can refer you to a company, which can make you a custom gridlock, depending of course, where you is your company.

I have a K&S 7500 dicing saw with an error code. It reads (F005 system environment is not correct-reinstall system). There is no more support for this machine and I would like to find some help with my problem
