Grant, The difference is that the plating makes the connection between circuitry and components no need for soldering anymore.

I would call Continental. They will probably tell you its a misprint in their specs.

It really depends on how thick the board is. 0.063" and you guys would be right.

Not to mention if the part was loaded in the correct position or if a inventory picked a wrong part.
