I have to hold parts down in my wash baskets. I heard there is a rubber mat with cut outs similar to the screen mesh that the wash basket has. This mat goes over the boards and keeps them from moving through the wash cycle. Has anyone seen this produ

Thanks for the info. In a past life I ran everything WS and washed in a batch wash using saponifier. I'm surprised I never saw anything then as we would regularly wash boards assembled on only one side. Unless it's specifically washing in DI only.

Also a little more info: We are not needing to wash the boards clean of flux and manufacturing debris. The washing takes place to remove dirt from use in the field over time.

Looks to me exactly what flux does to a board when its not washed correctly. Seems to me that it could be someone did some rework and didn't wash the board? Or the board wasn't washed correctly in the first place? Just speculation though.

I need to wash a bach of boards (25) using di water. I plan on washing them by hand. What would be the best way to go about drying them?
