How many times can you safely run a board across the wave solder? We have an unwritten rule here saying that twice is all that we can do. But it has been an unwritten rule for so long that no one knows where it orginated. Thanks for your imput.

Our company have been using SCS7 for all our wave soldering lines for more than 1 1/2 years. So far so good, and of course price is cheaper than others.

Without understanding machine loading, we'd guess that your current "every 30 wave solder day" sampling schedule is fairly conservative. Consider approaches to better understand change in the analysis results.

We currently own an elderly electrovert wave soldering machine. Does anyone know or have access to the up / maintenance manuals for the machine? If so, do they know where I could get hold of a copy? Best Wishes, Richard Jones

The chain and fingers for our Wave solder is getting a large amount of residue from the flux (high dissolved solids) we are using. Any recommendations for products that can clean polymerized flux.

Hi all, Just wondering if somebody is using the debridging tool (Vitronics) on the wave solder machine succesfully with SN100C. After testing for a while, my conclusion is to not even try....does not work...but maybe I am wrong? Thanks for your fee

We know nothing about your process, but Kemet ceramic capacitors can be wave soldered. Kemet wrote papers on wave soldering their parts.
