When using high tin solder, doesn't proper specing to avoid the effects of tin whiskers become at least as large an issue as proper specing for defect-free wave solder processing?

We use our SelectX daily and it works just fine. Do you have the parameters set correctly? Temp, speed, flow, etc.?

Yes, this is for a double sided board, (bottom) the issue is that the board has a lot af hand ion components before wave soldering, and some components are falling off within this process, even if I hit the 0603s with my finger It falls.

You should be able to use the wave solder flux that you currently use in your routine operations. Check with your flux supplier for recommendations.

We are getting an ESD epoxy floor in our plant. Could someone recomend a mat that would protect the floor from solder spills by the wave solder.
