You can register your machine with Universal Instruments for very reasonable fee (I paid ~500$) and get access to their web-based support. Well worth the money. Also, you will be able to order spares, which you will certainly need...

If you are just checking rework or for damage and not building boards you probably want a comparator instead - so in Mirtec terms an old MV2 or something new and low cost and much simpler like: https://www.quins.de/QuinsWeb/Systems/system_easy.jsp
