Spare parts? Like what? If it's your belt motor, try cleaning out the gear box attached to it. 99% of the time it's the lube in this gear box that dries out and turns to glue.

I recently acquired a couple of COMTRA belt feeders. I did not get any instructions. Can anyone tell me what the adjustments on the back of each are and how they work? Or, can anyone tell me how to get technical data for the feeders?

Good idea, pick the most difficult of your PCB and watch the final result. If you can, go to each company and watch the machine how it coats your board. You'll see what is the most suitable for you.

Hi. We are designing in a 128 pin LQFP that has a heat sink in the center of the package. The size of this is 7.44 by 7.55 mm. Can anyone recommend what pad size should be on the board for this? How about stencil aperture/pattern? Thanks, Mike.

Smartasp - What are your lead to hole ratios like? Dial down the flux and open up the holes, if you can. Keeping at least a 14-20 mil gap between min hole/max lead solves the hole fill problem. L
