Using Circuit Cam here. Not sure on the cost though. We use it to program our CS400E insertion machines as well. Makes nice work instruction drawings too.

We have x30 PPU's across x3 FCM Base 1's which are not working properly (error is "image too low"??). Please advise on how to repair/replace these (besides Assembleon themselves). Thanks in advance, Jason

Have it been working earlier. Have you try to run it in stepper mode (ctrl s to start and ctrl e to exit)and look at the messages? That can be a good thing so you can analys if it goes down correctly or not.

Have you checked the devices to ensure that they are working correctly before assembly? They may also have not been handled or stored correctly before they reached you - especially if they are grey market stock.

Hi Jerry, I thought the same so tried running other programs that are known to work on the IP-3 but still no joy. I shall try Alan's suggestion with cleaning the linear scale and see what happens. Thanks!
