I purchased 50 of these and they are very good scopes for the price. The guy that runs Precision World is also a good guy to work with.

Thanks, I am working on to prevent solder bridging. Tried fine tuning reflow profile, solder printing looks fine. Any further ideas??

I hear in Shanghai, good working toilets are hard to come by, and you gotta make pooh-pooh in a hole.

Thank you both. Machine is up and running. I never thought that sensor could cause that much head ache. You will think since sensor is not working machine would error out,but not CP3. Thanks again.

Without forced exhaust your oven will struggle to regulate zone temps, especially if a cooler one next to a hotter one. There should be no damage to the oven, just working harder to regulate itself.

You can do what someone at heller mentioned to me to check if the exhaust is working properly. Take a baseball cap place it by the opening to the vent and if it wants to suck in the hat your good to go. Cost $12.00

Why not just print a board? You have a spare board for your profile right? When you are done you have a working program and you know if the stencil is correct.
