I am not sure on Panasonic or Assembleon. Last I heard, Universal was getting ready to be liquidated. I haven't used DEK printers. Vitronics ovens are very nice. We have 3 XPM2's and an XPM1. They are work horses.

Thanks for all the replies. I guess my next question would be regarding software upgrades. The newest software probably wouldn't work, but is there a point at which we can upgrade?

For low volume work and repair, just use a brush dipped in tacky flux to apply flux to the ball array.

We assume you're talking about scratches of the solder mask. One possible cause is: poor handling by stacking several boards on top of another and then moving them around, most often when carrying the stack of boards from one work station to another.

I am looking for a flux to use on the machine that is used in a 30ccm syringe, of coarse they recommend theirs but I was just wondering if there was on that would work as well at a better price.

Version 1.31 and it worked on the previous machine's owner computer without any dongle. I assumed being a DOS program copying the folder is enough. One thing can be I skipped a hidden file or it really needs an installation which is unavailable.

Thank you very much SWAG that password did the trick. Got us into the calibration menu and we were able to calibrate the z-axis and snugger height and got it to work. Thanks again
