We currently use and have used Aim W/S 483 for the past ten years. We have had great support from AIM. Paste Characteristics, wetting, slump, washing is all outstanding. Great activity, works well with NiPd and other lead frames.

Universal makes great conveyors as well. The loader/unloaders can be configured to input boards to the line or buffer them. I actually found a 22" piece on ebay a couple of years ago for 300.00. Worked great!

Try making your own out of the IC tubes.. I used to do this all the time when I was using Siemens. Not as good as the metal slides from Siemens but it will work good enough..

Hello! Does anyone work with Fuji Aimex or NXT II? Are they good machines? What is about maintenance and reliability? Are the Fujis better than Assembleon machines? Greetings Christian

I'm working with an aerospace PWB fab drawing from 1994. It contains a note saying "CRUSH ZN .250 DIAMETER" with an arrow pointing to a countersunk or counterbored hole. Can anyone tell me exactly what this means? Thanks

Has anyone had any success with placing BGAs with the Quad QSP-2? We have been having alignment issues with BGA placement but our placement of 0402 parts is dead on. We have worked through the calibration and it seems to be correct.
