Yes, 0.25x0.25 square could work @0.1 thickness, use nano-coating or electroform stencil for better solder paste release.

Starting to get things to work. I tested the circuit without any load capacitors and had my first bit of success, thinking now that i possibly just have a lot more stray capacitance that i originally thought. probably going to use 2pf load caps.

I use Easeus, and Recuva. Other tools won't work when you have a few faulty sectors. I wont name names , as I dont want dirty letters sent to me. sarason

Dear Alexey I appreciatte your comments and suggestions, we have some old machines and we will replace some of them but unfortunatelly budget is limited. We say videos where we can see the GC-60D working and it looks good. Regards

I worked at a similar sized facility in Texas, and we had everything connected to one vent and exhausted outside. A word of advice; Your outside vent will leak in heavy rain, don't put it over any equipment.

We can reproduce a prototype for you, if the defect can not be repaired. We are a PCB manufacturer in shenzhen China. It can be manufactured as a sample order in 2-3 working days.

Hello Mikey, I am curious, why did you send your board out for manufacturing? Why didn't you build the prototype yourself?

I've worked with these quite a bit in the past as well. As the previous poster mentioned, we ran either 4/5 mil thick stencil with a pretty standard RTS profile in a 10 zone convention oven without issue.
