Hi Ing, Yes, slope of the conveyor is important. What type of assemblies are you having 50-75% fill on. Are they single sided? Plated through hole? Is this a recent problem? I'm more than happy to help, but I need more information. Best regards, J

Thanks a lot to all of you! I found my problem: It was the pressure of the ultrsonic spray fluxer who was to low. The flux didn't wet all the hole and the solder didn't fill completly the hole. No one in my area knew the solution. Thanks one more ti

The gears should be wet. This gear box acts like a rear end axle. Not sure of the lubricant but it is like a red transission lube, comes in as complete unit from supplier. You can't get the lube from Speedline since it is sold as a complete unit.

some thoughts come to mind..... usually an air pocket as the solder heats up, or the surface is still solid and liquid under, pressure builds and then... check your heaters, make sure one (or more) is not bad, may be getting uneven heating. cover y
