I assume you mean the balls of the BGA, not pads (laugh it up guys - I said balls). If so, you may have a no-lead BGA or a high temp BGA.

No I was actually thinking more on the lines of this. http://pcdandf.com/cms/content/view/3845/95/ I think if you try and put solder in the hole you will not have a flat or well filled hole in the end.

I'd like to hear from anyone using the PumpPrint stencils to dispense/print solder paste. Are you using ProFlow or just squeegee blades? How often do you have to clean?

That's just dross. If you have nitrogen blowing over the wave, you could reduce its flow as it tends to blow the dust everywhere if it is set too high. (on the other hand it might reduce solder quality)
