2008 vintage, Semi-auto printer, Autotronik / Manncorp MC384 flex mounter and IR Reflow oven, very little use (apx 1600 hours), great for batch runs or proto-type runs, MC384 has the paste dispense option which can eliminate the need for stencil printing in most instances.
MC384 also has UCAD that is used to translate various eCAD program outputs to the MC384 production program. This production program then can be automatically exported to dispenser program for solder paste deposition. MC384 runs off a single 120V AC circuit.
