Austin American Technology (AAT) is proud to announce its continued growth and success in Mexico. The company recently completed a key HydroJet installation in Guadalajara and secured several significant projects in Ciudad Juárez, marking a new chapter in the company's expansion in the region.
The HydroJet, AAT's state-of-the-art cleaning solution, is now operational in Guadalajara, where it will enhance manufacturing capabilities and provide advanced cleaning solutions for the local electronics industry. The HydroJet was the first In-line cleaner to introduce the current standard of coherent jet technology. AAT further improved this technology by developing Progressive Energy Dynamics (PED). Additionally, the in-line cleaner is equipped with a patented displacement drying system that minimizes energy consumption and ionic residues left on boards and provides the fastest drying performance available.
In addition to the Guadalajara installation, AAT has also secured a significant project in Juarez with one of the region’s prominent electronics manufacturers. This exciting development represents a major step forward for the company’s growth in the Mexican market.
“Our expansion into Mexico has been both exciting and rewarding, and we are proud to be contributing to the growth of the electronics manufacturing sector in this dynamic region,” said Todd Rountree, CEO of Austin American Technology. “With the recent HydroJet installation in Guadalajara, along with our ongoing projects in Juárez, we look forward to continuing to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning solutions to manufacturers across Mexico.”
With these successful initiatives, Austin American Technology continues to strengthen its footprint in Mexico, working on several other promising projects and exploring new opportunities in the country. AAT is committed to providing the highest quality products and solutions to meet the unique cleaning needs of its customers in the region

Austin American Technology is on the forefront of engineering and manufacturing high performance cleaning system for over 35 years, delivering solutions worldwide. AAT was founded in 1986, as a provider of SMT rework systems and process engineering testing services. In 1988, their focus shifted toward the high-end electronics cleaning segment with the introduction of the world’s first automated stencil cleaner. In 2000, Austin American Technology became a market leader in inline cleaning systems with the introduction of the award-winning HydroJet® series. Patented cleaning and drying technologies were incorporated into an energy and space-efficient format to set new standards for performance and low cost of ownership. Building on this success, AAT introduced the MicroJet® inline flip chip cleaner to provide high volume cleaning capability in a small footprint. In 2013 AAT introduced the world’s smallest most efficient inline cleaner, the NanoJet®.
