Speedprint Technology has won a seventh Service Excellence Award from respected industry publication Circuits Assembly. The awards presentation took place at this year’s APEX Expo in San Diego.
The annual awards program sees judges use feedback obtained directly from customers of the businesses that enter the awards. Speedprint has again won the top award for Service Excellencein thesurface mount screen printing category.
“While we highlight our proven equipment attributes with our ART of Printing proposition – standing for Accuracy, Reliability and Technology – it is especially rewarding to learn that we continue to lead in the customer service arena as well,” says Mark Brawley, President of Speedprint. “It appears that we have the ART of Support covered too,” he adds.
Brawley accepted the award on behalf of his team, pointing out that such industry recognition based on real customer data is very welcome. With Speedprint being one of very few autonomous Screen Printer specialist companies in the market, Brawley can focus his resources on delivering superior customer service without diluting its resource among other products. He believes this to be a key factor in the seven successive award wins.
