SMTA China and Hong Kong Chapter held its annual awards presentation in conjunction with the SMTA China and Hong Kong Chapter Breakfast Reception, which took place August 31, 2011 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Shenzhen.
Sam Leung, Director of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co. Ltd., was named Officer of the Year. He has provided a great support for the SMTA China conferences for years, he is one of the pioneer of the annual golf tournament of SMTA Hong Kong Chapter. He has served SMTA Hong Kong Chapter Board and Executive Committee since 2004.
Simon Wong, Managing Director of Refined Industry Ltd., was named Individual Member of the Year. Simon has been a very active member and provided a full support to the conference and training for SMTA China and Hong Kong Chapter for years. He has served SMTA Hong Kong Board since 2004.
Assembleon Asia Limited was named Corporate Member of the Year. Assembleon has joined SMTA as International Corporate Member for 6 years, and provided a great sponsorship to SMTA China/Hong Kong Chapter and events including conferences, training and golf tournament.
Reed Exhibitions (China) Ltd., Shanghai Branch was named Partner Sponsor of the Year.
Reed Exhibitions have sponsored SMTA China Conferences and Meeting in conjunction with her Nepcon shows at Shanghai and Shenzhen for years. Reed is the biggest sponsor to SMTA China so far.
SMT China Magazine was named Media Sponsor of the Year. SMT China Magazine has provided a great deal of support in the SMTA China Conference Program to promote the technology conferences, vendor conferences, training courses, annual reception and dinner, as well as the annual golf tournament sponsorship with the official Nepcon show daily publications.
