Thomas Dykeman to Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services provider, today announced the appointment of Thomas Dykeman to Vice President of Sales and Business Development. In his new role, Dykeman will report directly to the company’s president and will be responsible for the creative pursuit of opportunities that meet and grow the company’s core competencies while meeting profit targets. 

Libra Industries plans to double its business over the next five years with the VP of Sales and Business Development playing a large role in this accomplishment. Dykeman will be an active member of Libra Industries’ leadership team who will provide direction to the existing internal-operations teams to facilitate continuous improvements to the company’s processes and capabilities in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. He will be responsible for establishing and coordinating all activities related to sales management, including retention and growth of the existing business and new business development.

Dykeman is a proven sales and marketing executive with a successful record spanning more than 30 years in diversified direct sales, contract negotiation, sales force development and management, customer needs assessment and client relations. He joins Libra with a wealth of sales and marketing experience from respected companies including CMP- Advanced Mechanical Solutions and Sanmina-SCI. Dykeman holds a B.A. in Economics/Marketing from the State University of New York College in Oswego, NY.
