“The SMTA Training Committee is committed to providing low cost, self-paced training to the industry that is useful and accessible for SMTA members globally,” said SMTA Communications Director, Ryan Flaherty.“In response to direct course feedback, we decided to prioritize accessibility for the growing demand in Spanish-speaking regions like Mexico as well as for all members for whom English is not their primary language. The addition of both English and Spanish captions provides the broadest support for SMTA members.”

Ideal for technicians or engineers new to electronics manufacturing, SMTA online training courses provide basic process knowledge enabling learners to identify defects, increase capability, and exceed manufacturing goals.
