Topics to be featured include lead-free processes, ESD and Class 0 devices, evaluating counterfeit parts from China, CT for virtual cross sectioning, stencil printing and lean manufacturing. Renowned 50-year industry veteran Jim Raby will present the keynote, �An Industry Perspective � Past, Present and Future,� on the Expo floor from 9:30 am � 10:30 am.
