The new Support Portal will allow customers to access the following:
- Log new support cases
- Check and updated existing support cases
- Search the Valor knowledge base for solutions (coming soon)
- Communicate via forums (coming soon)
The Valor Customer Support Portal and its new infrastructure unifies support for all product platforms into a single Web interface, allowing customers to submit issues, receive updates on submitted issues, look up solutions in a knowledge base and find peer-based solutions through discussion forums.

To access the new Customer Support Portal, visit http://www.valor.com. From the homepage, click the “Support” tab and then choose “Customer Portal.”
