Valor Premiers Advanced Customer Support Portal Resource

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — August 2009 — Valor Computerized Systems, Inc., global provider of productivity improvement software across the printed circuit board manufacturing supply chain, announces the launch of a dedicated Customer Support Portal designed to provide customers with an advanced level of innovative assistance.

The new Support Portal will allow customers to access the following:

  • Log new support cases

  • Check and updated existing support cases

  • Search the Valor knowledge base for solutions (coming soon)

  • Communicate via forums (coming soon)

The Valor Customer Support Portal and its new infrastructure unifies support for all product platforms into a single Web interface, allowing customers to submit issues, receive updates on submitted issues, look up solutions in a knowledge base and find peer-based solutions through discussion forums.
