Kyzen to Highlight A4625 and M6319 Cleaning Materials at AmCon 2008

Aquanox A4625 is a versatile aqueous chemistry designed for optimum effectiveness in cleaning the latest lead-free residues while providing brilliant mirrored solder finishes. This easy-to-use product is environmentally friendly, has a long tank life and is safe for multiple pass applications. A4625 runs at low concentrations and low temperatures, providing consistent results and low cost of ownership. Additionally, it has proven compatible with all materials commonly used in electronics assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes. Aquanox A4625 is a biodegradable low-VOC aqueous solution that contains no CFCs or HAPs.

Metalnox M6319 is a heavy-duty aqueous high alkaline all-purpose cleaner. It is an aqueous blend of detergents, alkalinity builders, conditioners, and organic and inorganic inhibitors designed for heavy-duty cleaning of oils, waxes, grease, drawing oils, machining oils, fingerprints, and more while being relatively safe to use on most alloys. M6319 is easy to use, and is diluted further with water as required to remove the soils involved. The cleaner is low foaming, non-phosphated, and is safe on magnesium as well as ferrious and copper alloys. It features trace silicates, prevents flash rust, and has no HAPs or CFCs. Additionally, M6319 features low-use cost and is low VOC. The cleaner can be used in both spray and immersion systems.

The Kyzen Applications Laboratory has evaluated these materials for effective removal of nearly 300 soldering materials from the world�s leading suppliers including, Senju, Alpha, Kester, Indium, AIM, Koki, Nihon Superior, Amtech, Cobar, EFD, Florida Cirtech, Formosa, Heraeus, Interflux, Metallic Resource, Multicore, Promosol, Qualitek and Shenmao.
