As the winner, Forsythe was given the opportunity to donate the $1,000 in winnings to the charity of his choice. Forsythe donated the winnings from the Jeopardy match to the Barry O'Neill Education Foundation.
“Not only was the competition keen, but the categories ranged far beyond the world of cleaning. As with all games of chance, timing and luck played a big part, but I am very pleased that the real winner was the Barry O’Neill Foundation and I would like to thank Trevor Galbraith and Global SMT & Packaging magazine for sponsoring the competition,” said Forsythe.
“The Electronics Celebrity Jeopardy game was fun. It was entertaining to watch three industry icons pit their wits against each other,” said Trevor Galbraith, Editor-in-Chief of Global SMT & Packaging.
Some of the industry’s leading icons competed in an electronics celebrity version of the popular TV program, Jeopardy. Hosted by Global SMT & Packaging magazine, the event was comprised of three rounds ― an electronics round that tested the contestants’ process knowledge, followed by a general knowledge round, and then a Final Jeopardy round.
