Tim Jensen is a nationally know speaker and SMTA Certified Engineer. He has spent over 7 years optimizing and troubleshooting SMT processes, and has worked directly on hundreds of surface mount lines, building thousands of different products. He specializes in helping customers through the Pb-Free transition. His presentation will delve into the alloys used in solder paste, wave soldering, as well as the components themselves. He will also examine the effect on reliability when multiple alloys are combined on one assembly.
