The package includes the state-of-the-art GL Plus Screen Printer coupled with the CyberOptics SE500-II. The closed-loop package increases first-pass yields by automatically correcting the x-y registration on the screen printer with measurements off of the SPI.
The fully automatic GL Plus Automatic Screen Printer is TÜV SÜD certified for both the United States and Canada. GKG’s most popular GL Series is designed for printed circuit boards (PCB) with a maximum size of 510 x 510 mm. Additionally, the GL features a rigid and stable machine body base structure to perform accurate paste printing for 01005 (0201) components.
