Bliss Industries Inc., manufacturer of carts, racks and handling systems for PCB and electronics assembly, has created an entire new cart line called MoCart (Method of Operation Cart).
The MoCart includes an entire line of patent pending accessories for all areas of the production factory and test labs, and is available in two cart heights: 40" or 50".
The key feature of the new MoCart is that all accessories simply snap on and are adjustable on-the-fly. As an additional benefit, the MoCart is easy to handle because of its light weight and small footprint of only 20" wide.
The complete line of accessories includes storage and staging of PCBs using the PCB Vertical Carrier, All-in-One Kit Cart, SMT reels, stencils, hanging bins, feeder storage, and storage shelves. Additional accessories will follow soon.
The PCB storage accessory is the ESD-safe patent pending PCB Vertical Carrier that includes two bottom rows of adjustable slotted brackets and one back row. The new patent pending design stops components near the edge of the PCB from being knocked off. Additionally, it stops operators from spilling PCBs from plastic angle racks and other methods.
“For years, customers have told us that we needed to build a less expensive line of smaller carts that are versatile and can meet almost any need at any time. We finally came up with the perfect solution and our phones are ringing off the hook. We clearly have created what everyone has been looking for and are pleased to have patents pending,” said Ken Bliss CEO VP Engineering.
