Apr 09, 2008 For a sixth consecutive year, DEK was awarded Circuits Assembly magazine�s Service Excellence Award, an accolade which recognizes companies who excel in the area of customer service. What�s more, DEK�s latest Instincitiv version now incorporates operation of some of the company�s most productivity enhancing technologies including Cyclone� underscreen cleaning and HawkEye� post-print verification.
In addition to the honors it collected for customer service and Instinctiv V9, DEK�s Reel-to-Reel (R2R) printing platform was also selected for IPC�s Innovative Technology Center, an APEX contest that recognizes products that represent emerging technology or innovation. Clearly representative of this measure, DEK�s R2R system was one of twelve winners chosen from a large pool of entries. A breakthrough technology that solves continuous substrate printing challenges, R2R enables robust handling and materials deposition for a wide range of substrates including flex printed circuits, organic LED substrates, fuel cell membranes, foils, papers and composites, among others. DEK�s expertise in precision alignment and clamping technologies along with its tooling technologies enables R2R to meet the demands of large, flexible, continuous substrate printing.
