BEST Inc. announces the release of custom hot air nozzle design and manufacturing. These nozzles can fit SRT brand hot air systems and can be shipped in as little as 5 business days after check plot approval. After receipt of the customer datasheet and order, BEST will deliver en engineering check plot for customer approval. Once approved the nozzle will be fabricated in as little as 5 business days.
This capability has been in place for BEST rework customers requiring a tight delivery rework project and is now available commercially to customers. The nozzles are made from 20 mil thick stainless steel and fit standard SRT machine tooling dimensions.
In addition to supplying these as a product to customers, BEST Inc. can use this capability to provide more exacting , faster turn BGA and leadless device rework.
Nozzles are priced at $350 each.
