Preliminary positioning is done before the target moves to the cramps. The target plate will be placed in the cramps following calculation. The solution can be used in consumer electronics, automotive electronic systems, telecommunication, medical equipment, and new energy, supporting functional test, firmware burning, and RF tuning, among other applications.

Intelligent Group Zhuhai will also demo its ABS-100, an automatic solution to attach strengthening plates on soft boards. The vision system enables precise positioning. The solution can be used in soft board sector and is proven to be highly efficient and economical.
