Major High-Tech Service Provider Purchases Second 3000FS Automated Production Programmer

HOUSTON, TX — BPM Microsystems and its distributor ISS Group announce that Elcoteq SE, the global lifecycle service partner for high-tech product and service companies, has purchased its second 3000FS automated production programmer for its Pécs, Hungary facility. The company’s recent automated production programmer purchases are expected to satisfy its increasing demand for hundreds of thousands of programmed NAND flash devices per week.

“This volume had only been possible using the new 3000FS system and its very fast programming times,” said Kjell Ehn, service manager for ISS Group.

Elcoteq Hungary also currently owns and operates four additional BPM Microsystems 4000 series automated production systems. The two companies have had an ongoing and positive business relationship since Elcoteq Hungary’s first automated production programmer purchase in 2000. This automated system is still in operation today.
