The ezLOAD flex PCB Support System from COT features an adjustable base that allows the user to extend the height of the support block to accommodate thinner boards or decrease the height to allow for larger components on the underside of the board. Simply turn the wheel to raise or lower the module to the desired height. Measuring marks are laser engraved on the side post to allow the user to see the exact height of the block in 0.5 mm increments. The design features an extruded aluminum base and soft, ESD-safe foam fingers. The ezLOAD system not only reduces changeover times, but also improves product build quality, increases revenues by providing significant cost savings and can eliminate component damage during the assembly process.
COT’s ezLOAD PAD features active grip technology to securely hold boards during the assembly process.
