These enhancements are designed to meet the rigorous demands of industries such as aerospace, medical, and industrial manufacturing, reinforcing Libra’s dedication to high-quality, high-volume electronics production.
New equipment at the Dallas facility includes:
- JUKI G-Titan Screen Printer: Delivers precise solder paste application and stencil aperture inspection, ensuring superior soldering results.
- Omron VP9000 3D SPI Equipment: Provides detailed, highly accurate solder paste volume analysis, reducing defects and improving reliability.
- JUKI LX-8 Placement Machines (x3): Capable of placing components with exceptional speed (up to 105,000 CPH) and precision, ideal for quick production runs.
- Heller 1826 MK5 Reflow Oven: Nitrogen-capable, ensuring consistent thermal profiles for soldering.
- Omron VT-S730 3D AOI: Uses advanced 3D imaging and multi-optical cameras to ensure IPC-compliant process monitoring and defect detection.
