STI Electronics, Inc. announces Donna Taylor’s 20-year anniversary. Taylor’s anniversary was celebrated with a cake shared with all of her colleagues at STI. In recognition of this significant milestone, David Raby, President/CEO, presented Taylor with a certificate in appreciation of her 20 years of dedicated service, a check and a bonus to her paid vacation. Taylor also will receive a dedicated parking space.
As the receptionist, Taylor is responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for all customers who visit or contact STI.
“When it comes to achieving customer satisfaction, Donna’s pleasant demeanor is the first thing the customer is exposed to,” said Diana Bradford, Vice President, Operations/Training Resources. “With Donna manning the front desk and phones, STI is ensured that the first impression of the customer will be a positive one.”
